Our equipped private offices within the Think Innovative business space in Nis have everything you need for business. The interior consists of comfortable office chairs and spacious work desks, and everything is enriched with calm colors that encourage productivity and complete the ambience.
The selection of the office is made on the basis of the number of employees who will spend their working hours in it. The offices rank with a capacity of 4-20 people and the interior is adapted at the request of the tenant company.

When we came up with the idea to create THINK Innovative – coworking space and modernly equipped offices in Nis, we wanted to build more than beautiful, shared office spaces. We wanted to build a community. A place where we redefine success measured by personal fulfillment.

Table, chair, cupboard and drawer
In addition to a desk and a comfortable chair, all users of the hub have at their disposal a locker and a drawer with a key where they can leave their belongings. You don't have to take your work home with you, they will be waiting for you in the hub for safety.
Access to the meeting room
As a hub user, all meeting and conference rooms are at your disposal. The halls are equipped with Logitech Group conference equipment and depending on the type of meeting, you can request whiteboard and flipchart on the front desk.

Virtual office
The Think Innovative Hub offers you the option of renting a virtual office. With the lease agreement, you get an address where you can register your company, forward mail and, if necessary, use one of the meeting rooms.
The dining room
As part of TIHub, your dining room is also equipped with all the small household appliances needed to prepare and heat food and beverages. You can enjoy a meal and coffee without leaving the building.

Think Innovative Nis, in a green oasis, equipped with additional facilities offers much more than offices and co-working space. It offers the opportunity to complete your work day the way you envisioned. Multi-storey building with access from the central or lower entrance and the possibility of parking on both sides of the building. Offices are located on all floors, and the co-working zone is designed in the main zone of the first floor, which is accessed from the central hall of the building. Large and equipped gym and locker rooms.
Toilets are arranged on almost all floors. A large cafe with a garden and a terrace where we have already become a symbol for gathering and exchanging ideas with the most beautiful coffee and drinks.
